Residential Services Coordinator Welcome to Millcreek of Arkansas! Millcreek of Arkansas is dedicated to helping children live healthier, more productive lives. Millcreek is a premier provider of specially designed mental health care services for children and adolescents. The Residential Service Coordinator reports to the CEO and oversees the Psychiatric Residential facilities and staff on campus. Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for carrying out milieu needs as directed by the Program Director (i.e. community meetings).
Responsible for facilitating all abuse/neglect investigations occurring on the PRTF, to include monthly and quarterly reports to administration.
Responsible for ensuring that all de-briefings are completed in regards to physical and chemical restraints.
Responsible for generating and oversight of the master staffing schedule for the PRTF.
Responsible for oversight of overtime hours on the PRTF and reconciliation of overtime hours at the end of each pay period.
Responsible for ensuring that all scheduling is done accurately within accepted time frames related to orientation training and all subsequent training that occurs for PRTF staff, working with the Staff Development Coordinator in this area.
Responsible for attending a weekly meeting with the PRTF Program Director, initiated by the Program Director.
Rsponsible for ensuring that 24-hour schedules are accurate and are structured to ensure patients are active. Will work with the Director of Recreation in ensuring this process is complete and accurate.
Ensure that the point and level system utilized in PRTF are maintained efficiently and with maximum clinical effectiveness and recommend modifications as warranted.
Establish and monitor procedures to ensure that PRTF cottages are kept clean and in good repair.
Ensure the personal needs of all patients (i.e. clothing, hygiene items, etc.) are attended to in an appropriate and timely manner.
Responsible for providing administrative support as assigned by the Program Director.
Assist with the admissions process to ensure the flow of information and patient needs to and from the milieu committees to ensure the flow of information to and from the milieu.
Ensure patients’ rights to privacy, freedom from abuse, freedom from neglect, confidentiality, and other rights are protected within the milieu and that any reports of violation of these rights are reported to proper authorities and investigated.
Provide input to PRTF Program Director and HR Director concerning employee discipline and counseling for direct care staff.
Attend employment hearings as required by the HR Department for testimony.
Ensure that all direct care staff follow all policies and procedures and take corrective actions as warranted.
Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries with patients, families, staff and others.
Ensure Attendance Tracking Logs are up to date and accurate for all assigned employees.
Maintain a good rapport with other Support Staff, Directors, and Administrator to provide a productive working environment.
Must be able to complete full therapeutic (TCI) program and perform all required procedures.
Must be able to complete full CPR/First Aid and perform all required procedures.
Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in an age/cultural appropriate manner.
Follow all safety policies and adhere to all workers’ compensation program guidelines.

Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; or LPN; may substitute years experience.
Must have one-year supervisory experiences or one-year in-house experience.
Prefer one-year experience working with children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral disturbances.
Must be flexible with work schedule to ensure efficient operations and willing to work weekends.
Must be highly organized
Must have a valid driver’s license.
