To oversee resident nursing management, develop and implement nursing programming to assure quality care for individuals.
Responsibilities
Implement the mission statement in daily accomplishments
Provide oversight for resident nursing services
Maintain compliance with state rules and regulations Act as an administrative liaison for families, physicians, nursing team to provide ongoing communication regarding medical information permanent to the health and well- being of the residents
Provide ongoing direction to all nursing team
Remain current in trends in nursing management
Oversee pharmaceutical program
Be available for walk in tours if administrative parties are not on site
May be required to act as designated charge person in absence of Administrator and/ or Executive Director
Maintain a professional presence with all consulting parties and assist where needed
