Sr. Marketing Consultant - Focusing on Sales Force

Join a high powered marketing team responsible for driving marketing initiatives to partner with a dynamic agent sales force. Develops and executes marketing strategies based on researched that aligns with company goals and meets key performance indicators using multiple marketing channels.  Provides ongoing support for marketing programs.

Functional Responsibilities:

·         Assists in the development and execution of marketing programs, initiatives, and promotions through sales management and sales force.

·         Drives strategies and implementation to achieve marketing goals.

·         May provide guidance to junior staff members.

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree. 5+ yrs. of relevant marketing experience

·         Demonstrated successful experience in multiple marketing channels including online, advertising, direct mail, event marketing, local community branding and enjoys learning/applying new channels to existing sales distributions.

·         Demonstrated excellence in development of marketing training programs and training experience. 

·         Proficient in development of successful marketing collateral meeting specific corporate branding and messaging requirements.

·         Excellent account management skills.

·         Demonstrated project management proficiency working within tight timelines and budget.

·         Superior verbal and written communications as well as presentation skills.

·         Must be able to work within team environment as well as alone.

·         Sales experience or working with front line sales force beneficial.
