Outside Sales/Marketing Guru Needed!

Express Employment Professionals, one of the largest staffing companies in NJ, is expanding! Express is a Human Resource consulting firm that helps local companies to find great employees. 

For this internal position, we are seeking a career-minded individual that are outgoing and energetic for our newly created Outside Sales/Marketing Guru Position. This is an entry level position- great opportunity to get your foot in the door!

Ideal candidate should have sales experience or face to face customer contact in their past postion. The main objective for this position is attracting new clients and gaining market share in our territory. This job entails both face to face cold calling and telephone prospecting.  Ability to follow a detailed marketing plan is a must.

Job Description:
Location- Fairfield, NJ

• Cold Calling on the phone and face to face to generate new clients within territory
• Develop and implement direct mail campaign
• Set appointments via telephone with new prospects
• Give client presentations
•  Assisting the office with the penetration of existing accounts. 
•  Other duties as assigned.

Prior staffing company and/or sales experience would be a plus.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
