Dentist – Clinical Director

Experienced Dentists to Review and Teach Excellence to Practicing Dentists—Arizona and California—Multiple Positions Open

Job Responsibilities.  Western Dental, one of the nation’s largest and most successful dental operating companies, is looking for highly experienced Dentists to review and teach clinical excellence to practicing Dentists.

The position involves evaluating the proficiency of practicing Dentists in interacting with and treating patients in Western Dental offices.  This will entail reviewing patient charts, reviewing office analytics, observation of clinical treatment and discussion with the practicing Dentists in order to ascertain the strengths, abilities, and opportunities for improvement of the practicing Dentists.

Key to the teaching will be great communication skills.  Hence, upon evaluating the patient and clinical proficiency of the practicing DDS’s, it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to communicate clearly the areas of potential improvement, to develop and communicate an action plan and timetable for realizing that improvement, and to continue communications to ensure completion of the action plan.

Requirements.  The successful candidate must meet all of the following requirements:

·         At least 10 years of clinical experience.

·         Dental license in Arizona (for AZ candidates) or California (for CA candidates)

·         Very strong communication skills

·         Very strong listening skills

·         Experience in evaluating the patient and clinical skills of other dentists

·         Experience in teaching and developing other dentists

·         Strong personality

·         Strong presence and motivation skills

·         Authoritative presence

·         Experience and strength in reviewing analytical information
