Description Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist for our Nampa, Idaho outpatient site (additional STARS locations may be available).  $5,000 Hire On Bonus!  STARS is a comprehensive therapy provider with sites throughout the Treasure Valley. Requirements Skills, knowledge, education and experience: • Must hold current Idaho license/certification. • Advanced training/skills preferred. • One year ortho outpatient experience  • Ability to work independently. • Knowledge of personal computers preferred.
