MEDICAL SALES MANAGER
 
     An innovative Major Medical Device/Equipment Manfacturer is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, assertive Regional Sales Manager to manage a group of device reps in the New York/New Jersey areas.  Responsibilities include manging $15mm in revenue and 8 Reps. First year compensation = $170K -$190K + ...Company car allowance, all expenses covered, and full benefits are all included!  Numerous opportunities for growth... Requirements

The key individual must possess the following:

 

  • A four year degree with various extracurricular activities
  • 3+ years successful hospital acute care sales experience plus 2+ years Medical Sales Management experience.
  • Knowledge of the O.R. and capital equipment market required
  • A proven track record of success documenting past sales accomplishments, achievements and awards
  • Strong leadership skills separating you from the others.
  • The ability to communicate effectively using consultative selling skills with courage and creativity.
