Financial Aid Planner
THIS IS A SALES POSITION
Stevens-Henager College is distinguished as one of the oldest colleges in Utah. Established 115 years ago, we have trained generations of graduates by specializing in accelerated, high value, and accredited college degrees.
Stevens-Henager College is currently recruiting full-time Financial Aid Planners to help process Title IV applications and seek additional funding options for students. This individual will also be responsible for collecting student information to verify financial awards under the direction of the Senior Financial Aid Planner and the Director of Admissions.
Responsibilities
-
Assist potential students in determining educational funding options
-
Process necessary funding and federal documents
-
Assist in answering financial aid questions for prospective, new, and current students
-
Expected to achieve and exceed sales and referral goals
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
One to two years experience in a financial setting; accounting, book keeping, banking, collections, etc..
-
Call center experience
-
Title IV experience a plus
-
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and excellent customer service
-
Detail oriented, ability to multitask, and dedicated to achieving quick results
Schedule rotates with some evenings and Saturdays.
