Description
Candidate will post press releases to online resources ( webs sites, newsletters, and electronic magazines); track and report all online and print editorial coverage, including press releases, articles, case studies, product reviews, and ads for company.
Candidate will copy/scan all the above; organize and maintain a monthly binder for all company news/ads.
Summarize and format articles, case studies, and product reviews for posting on our website. This position provides marketing fulfillment support within areas of department which includes but is not limited to; assisting in leads distribution and mailings, coordinating Tradeshow requirements, supporting customers and sales staff with literature needs.
Requirements
Must be detail oriented, well organized
Must be able to use Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat
Need basic understanding of public relations and professional AV industry
