Description This position will conduct internal audits and conduct financial analyses. Will manage financial management system and provide financial reports relating to our productions. Will be responsible for the procurement of equipment, services, construction supplies, information technology and other needs, which must be obtained through the State of Maryland procurement process. Will conduct pre-bid conferences and review appeals and attend Board of Public Works meetings to respond to procurement questions.

Requirements

We require a business degree, experience conducting financial audits and initiating financial reports, knowledge of the State of Maryland’s procurement rules and regulations (COMAR), and at least 5 years’ procurement experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with the state of Maryland procurement function. Additional related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
