Direct Marketing Assistant
The Direct Marketing Assistant supports the department with various elements of campaign management and execution, operations and reporting. Duties include assisting team members with producing catalogues, list research, proofreading, small copywriting jobs, updating schedules and reports, and processing payments. Also assist with assigning projects and tracking for internal designers Ideal candidate will be high energy, able to multi-task with accuracy, highly organized, and flexible in light of shifting priorities. Attention to detail is essential along with excellent communications skills.
Assistant Marketing Operations
Oversee the marketing operations management by managing systems, processes and projects that keep sales and marketing running at optimal efficiency and adding maximum value. Ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency for picking up various systems quickly and also exhibit a meticulous attention to detail working through problem solving with end goal of developing processes affecting various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to assess patterns in order to develop processes, with follow up documentation will be critical to success.
