Marketing Manager, Business to Business



·          Create and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve company’s vision and mission and help retain and grow its business customer base. 

·          Ensure these strategies and tactics enhance company’s competitive position and customer value as well as increase customer satisfaction and increase electric revenue. 

·          Perform market analyses to identify new opportunities and ensure learning from previous efforts is utilized in the development of new marketing strategies and communications. 

·          Recommend market research as needed and interpret market research to make modifications to existing efforts, as well as to develop new products, services and/or programs. 

·          Consistently monitor the marketplace to understand the business target audience and marketing communications trends and apply that knowledge to recommend new marketing strategies and marketing communications strategies/vehicles.

·          Increase business customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of clear, useful marketing communications including direct and collateral. 

·          Lead marketing communications personnel, including external agencies when appropriate, in developing and implementing business marketing communications. 

Requirements

·          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, MBA a plus

·          5+ years of marketing strategy and marketing communications experience within a regulated industry

·          Experience in business marketing and marketing communications strategy development and implementation

·          Experience in utilizing metrics and analyzing marketing research to drive business results

·          Experience in creative use of resources to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction

·          Budget management experience required

·          Strong presentation skills

·          Proven ability to build consensus for recommended ideas and projects and work effectively across all levels of an organization

·          Knowledge of the Long Island business marketplace a plus
