Description         Multi - Billion Dollar Manufacturer needs a Senior Tax Analyst  to work in the Federal Tax area with responsibility for domestic tax compliance , preparation and review of subsidiary tax returns, consolidated tax return , partnership returns and other related entity returns. Senior Tax Analyst will analyze internal re-structurings , Merger and Acquisition activities , tax  and financial information for Corporate decision making.
Requirements
  •    Senior Tax Analyst will have :
  •                  5 - 13 years  Federal tax experience
  •                  Public accounting or Multi - National  experience
  •                  CPA or Masters in Taxation
  •                  Strong  communication skills
  •                  Tax  analytical skills
