Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and be responsible for the day to day management of the Finance department.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Hire, train, and evaluate Finance department staff.
• Monitor monthly financial activity and prepare monthly variance reporting for review.
• Implement and monitor accounting policy and procedures for compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures.
• Responsible to review month-end closings and adjustments to the General Ledger.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.  The position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting and experience of at least 2-3 years in an accounting management position. Experience in a retail environment is preferred.  This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Winfield, WV.
