Description Apex Home Health Care Services is looking for a new Director of Nursing. Our focus is Threefold - Our Patient, Our Brand, and Our Community. We are a large Home Health Care company that services all of Orange County. We are looking for an expert clinician who can lead and instruct our field and office nurses. A qualifying candidate must have a management background as well as have hands on patient care experience.

Requirements 1) Valid California RN license
2) Ten years nursing experience
3) Home Health experience
4) Willing to see patients
5) Title 22 and COP knowledge
6) Experience with State Surveys
7) Coding experience preferred
8) BSN PHN preferred
9) JACHO / ACHC competency preferred
10) ADR understanding
