RN Clinical Manager

Description Facility:  has been providing health and wellness programs to seniors and their families for 43 years. A provider for PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). The PACE program will serve individuals age 55 and over, who are certified by the state of Florida to need nursing home care, are able to live safely in the community at the time of enrollment, and live in the Pinellas County area.

Hours:  Regular work week Mon-Fri

Scope of Service:  Provide clinical support and asessments for patients. Will work with Medical Director and interdiscplinary team.

Requirements
FL RN Licensure
Experience with:  Geriatrics / Operational Management / Nursing Assessments / Charge duties that include unit staffing / coordination and supervision. Patient education and instruction.
