Position:
LVN
In this exciting role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the health and wellness of residents, you will perform medication passes, conduct assessments, coordinate services with outside care providers and work closely with sub-acute skilled nursing community staff.

Requirements
This role requires a current LVN licensure, at least 1 year of experience, affinity for working with the senior population and the ability to work flexible hours.
