Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Tire Centers, LLC, a nationally recognized tire distribution leader, is actively seeking a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative with tire experience in Birmingham, AL.

This position processes inbound customer requests to meet customer expectations and solicits sales from current and prospective accounts to enhance TCI’s profitability. You will support sales and marketing efforts to increase sales and improve profitability and partner with local sales force in calling on dealers to grow business.

Other responsibilities include:

1. Answer inbound telephone inquiries/requests from customers.

2. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of MAST & other TCI vendor products, TCI pricing programs, and TCI promotions so as to provide accurate information to customers.

3. Place tire orders as requested.

4. Input relevant customer/sales information into AS400, Bibnet.

5. Working in warehouse when necessary (i.e. loading trucks, cross checking truck deliveries, and making deliveries)
