Registered Dietitian

Primary responsibilities include:

*Completing comprehensive nutrition assessments for all residents and incorporating nutrition interventions into the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care for residents as indicated. 

*Insuring that all assessments and care plans meet professional standards of practice, reflect current evidence-based practice, and are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory statutes. 

*Participating with the interdisciplinary teams to provide professional guidance for assessing and implementing care strategies and monitoring nutrition and hydration status of residents.

* Must possess BA in Dietetics/Nutrition and current registration and licensure (if applicable) or RD eligible pending successful completion of the registration examination required. 
* Previous Experience in Long Term Care consulting and/or regulatory oversight.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Food Service Management experience preferred.

* 1 year experience is desirable.
