Housekeeping / Hospitality - Full Time Position


Pebble Creek Nursing Home has been recognized for its consistent dedication and commitment to excellence. Our objective is to maximize the comfort and happiness of every one of our residents.

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a full time position. We are looking for a dependable person to join our team! The housekeeping position works 5 days a week, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (off Monday and Tuesday). Every other Holiday is also required. Hours will vary based on the needs of the facility, but will usually be 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 6:30 am - 2:30 pm.

Housekeeping experience is a must! Please only apply if you have at least one year of specific housekeeping experience. Housekeeping experience in a hotel or health care environment is highly preferred.


The Housekeeping position exists to provide routine support in the environmental services of residents, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, well organized and safe manner, while focusing on delivering quality resident care.

Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Performing basic housekeeping support procedures for residents as required.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all areas on a regular basis
  • Following daily cleaning schedule as required
  • Maintaining and organizing cleaning supplies
  • Cleaning and folding facility's laundry

Requirements
  • At least 1 year prior Housekeeping experience. Experience in a nursing home or hotel environment is highly preferred!
  • Ability to move (sit, stand, bend, lift) intermittently throughout the work day.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
