Description Global, industry leading plastic/chemical company seeks a Color Lab Technical Mgr. This is the number 2 chair on site and has responsibility for all technical aspects of the business including R&D, Quality and Customer Technical Service. The position has a staff of 15-20. The plant is growing, adding equipment and personnel so it's a very exciting and busy time. The company offers top notch salary plus bonus and world class benefits.

Requirements Successful candidates will have a strong polymer material background (resins, pigments, colorants, additives, rubber). They should have a solid working knowledge of compounding/extrusion. Prior leadership experience is required. Lab management exp desired. Minimum of a bachelor's degree (advanced education would be a plus).
