As a General Manager you will be supervising a restaurant team that delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, food cost, labor hours, safety (OSHA), security, cleanliness, and product preparation.



You will also be supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions such as, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling along with managing the store’s financial performance. You’ll communicate with your Area Director/Area Manager regarding corporate business objectives, issues, requirements, and will make recommendations to enhance restaurant operations.



The incumbent is responsible for promoting Del Taco’s vision by coordinating and implementing marketing activities in the local community to enhance community relations.

Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.



General Managers should have 3-5 years experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry/full service concept
