The Store Manager is the Key Leader in the total operation of the store. Every aspect of the business, from visual presentation to associate training, and customer relations is in your court. In this hands-on position, you make decisions in both merchandising and operational areas that impact your store and the entire organization. Your challenge is to integrate all aspects of your store and to provide a smooth running, efficient, and productive operation. You are responsible for the financial success of your store as well as maintaining positive associate morale and customer loyalty.

• Minimum of two (2) years retail management experience
• Strong working knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with both customers and staff
• Strong leadership skills to coach, lead, develop and motivate store associates
• Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• High school graduate or equivalent GED, bachelor degree preferred
