Job Description
Our  Inside Sales Representative position receives and follows-up consumer inquiries generated from our multiple national and local advertising campaigns.  We do no ‘cold calling’ but rather respond to consumer inquiries.  

Our Inside Sales Representatives are charged with providing the highest level of product and sales expertise to our potential residential customers providing them the information necessary to make informed decisions about their water treatment needs.

Our Inside Sales Representatives receive excellent training in order to thoroughly understand each customer’s situation and guide them to the best water treatment solution for their home.  EasyWater’s national marketing campaign provides our Inside Sales Representatives with an abundance of potential customers to serve honestly and effectively.  

Base salary plus commission (with no cap on earnings potential); including an excellent benefits package.

Job Requirements:

·High School diploma required.  College degree preferred.

·Sales experience:  1-3 years required.

·Effective oral and written communication skills

·Excellent customer service skills.

·Excellent time management and organizational skills.

·Demonstrated PC and Internet skills required, (understanding of Microsoft Office applications and contact management/CRM tools is a plus).

·Good mechanical aptitude is advantageous.

·Must be able to interact with all levels of management.

·Reliable transportation.

We are hiring for a rotational Day Shift (Shifts include 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm, and 1pm-10pm)      

·High School diploma required.  College degree preferred.
