Hourly Associate Managers & Shift Leaders

The Associate Manager (AM) supervises, directs & controls assigned shifts in accordance with established policies, procedures, standards and Company values.

Serves as the Manager-On-Duty in the absence of a salaried manager, during opening, non-peak & closing shifts.

Upholds Company standards of excellence in Guest service, product quality, sanitation & cleanliness.

Requirements Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others in accordance with Company values of Trust, Respect & Commitment to Excellence.
