Description

TooJay's Gourmet Deli is looking for qualified  Managers. If you are ready for a new challenge, or your current position seems stifled due to lack of growth, consider our privately owned Florida-based company. We operate 26 full service restaurants and our growth includes new openings in the coming months. We are currently seeking managers in the Tampa Bay  market.

Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for directing the total operation. This includes:

 

  • Delivering daily efficient operations to achieve a quality experience for every Guest
  • Recruits, trains, motivates a staff of 40-50 individuals to create a positive environment for our internal Guests
  • Participates in Corporate initiatives
  • Maintains quality operations through detailed inspections and viewing the physical plant as a Guest
  • Delivers strong yet balanced financial results
  • Executes current systems to enhance profitability and consistency
  • Communicates with empathy and understanding
  • Commits to the development of the team, both managers and hourly staff members
Requirements
  • Previous experience as Manager of successful casual dining restaurant.
  • Strong management and hourly training skills
  • Systematic and well-organized
  • Solid job history, ability to complete background check
  • Demonstrated pattern of leadership ability
