DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Skilled Nursing Center/Indian River County, Florida

Come join the team at one of Florida's top providers of post-acute rehabilitation and nursing care.  We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our team of professionals in providing the highest degree of quality care available.  

Salary Range:

  • Commensurate with experience and education

Benefits:

  • Medical/Dental/Vision after 90 days

Requirements
Ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
  • Have 2 - 3 years experience as DON in a long term care setting
  • Have exceptional organizational, clinical, communication and leadership skills
  • Direct clinical and care plan team
  • Monitor continuing staff education and clinical competency to ensure skills meet/exceed client demand
  • Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate skills related to management, planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standard and compliance requirements
