Description PORTER / LOT ATTENDANT


Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Transporting service customers to and from their home or office.
  • Working with Service Team to keep service drive clear.
  • Take care of all car pick-up calls from Cashier and Service Advisors.
  • Keep both Service lot and Sales lot organized daily, according to Management direction.
  • Washing and Detailing of New, Pre-owned and customer vehicles

 

Requirements Skills / Experience
  • Understanding of basic customer service
    Attributes
    • Ability to work cooperatively with service technicians and other service and parts personnel
    • Ability to listen to customers and respond to needs and wants.
    Education
    • High school or equivalent
    Must have good driving record and valid license.

        Must also be willing to work a flexible schedule
