Description Love’s Travel Stops & Country Store’s, Inc. is now hiring for the following position: Title: Retail Assistant ManagerReports To: General ManagerResponsibilities:
  • Promote sales growth and profits
  • Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
  • Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Maintain a highly clean facility at all times
  • Exhibit Love’s pledge of 'doing what is right for our employees' at all times
Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years retail management or lead experience
  • Experience supervising and training 2 - 6 employees
  • Budget and P&L skills preferred
  • PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Relocation may be required for advancement
