Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.

• Must have building knowledge in the areas of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair and other typical apartment repairs.

• Must maintain a valid drivers license, have dependable transportation and insurance.

• HVAC skills and EPA certification required.
