Description Position available for management, with full accountability, of all Pharmacy business operations, staff management and customer service as well as develop and carry out a business plan for continued growth of NCHC Pharmacy volume and revenue.  Additional duties will include development of annual budget, manage revenue and expense and develop department policies. We offer a full benefits package (including Wisconsin Retirement system) along with competitive wages.  ~cb~ QualificationsWisconsin Licensed Pharmacist. Two years’ experience as an Assistant/Associate Pharmacy Director or equivalent experience in pharmacy operations necessary to enhance and develop skills, with teaching experience in a university or health care setting beneficial.
