Provides �World Class� Customer Service by surprising and delighting our customers every day. Ensure execution of corporate merchandising, operations and human resources programs in your area of responsibility. Coach your business grouping within the store to maximize sales, service and profitability. Meets replenishment, layout and store maintenance requirements to ensure customer service with a well-stocked and clean store. Trains associates to maintain service standards, associate care initiatives, efficient operating conditions and ensure in-stock position.

Qualifications
Must be able and willing to relocate throughout Western Montana.
Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration or preferred equivalent.
Minimum of two years retail experience or preferred equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of store merchandising and retail management practices and procedures.
Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of internal and external associates.
Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret information and then implement developed and approved solutions.
Organizational skills necessary to receive disseminate, and follow-up to corporate information flow.
