Description Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced helicopters for commercial, industrial and military uses. Sikorsky helicopters are used by all five branches of the United States armed forces, along with military services and commercial operators in more than 40 nations. Based in Stratford, Connecticut, USA, Sikorsky has outlying facilities in other Connecticut locations as well as in Florida and Alabama.


The position will support development and sustainment of a Rotorcraft Fleet Support Operations Center at Huntsville, Alabama. Primary responsibilities are related to the formulation of fleet management initiatives using information gathered from the operation of Sikorsky Aircraft, primarily U.S. Army assets. Efforts will include the collection and analysis of maintenance data to minimize maintenance costs, maximize aircraft availability, and maximize Sikorsky aftermarket profitability. Successful coordination with respective aircraft integrated product teams, the supply chain organization, overhaul & repair functions and customer support is essential. The candidate must be able to manage urgent requests for data analysis and anomaly investigation, and prepare material for internal and external customer briefings.

Requirements B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering

At minimum 5-7 years of experience. Familarity with U.S. Army Helicopter maintenance data systems and logistics is highly desired.
Skills related to data mining, manipulation, modeling is desired.


This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama.
Some travel is required.
Relocation may be considered.
