Our Americas Distribution group, located in Stamford, CT, is currently seeking a Marketing Associate for Product Marketing team.

The Product Marketing team is responsible for the creation, support and strategic direction of product communication materials distributed by Americas Distribution. Among the products supported by Product Marketing are: open and closed-end mutual funds, variable annuity portfolios, 529, and retail separately managed accounts. Marketing materials are designed to support financial advisors, the internal sales organization, as well as prospective and current investors.

Project Manager ' Product Marketing will develop content to support the objectives of the various products' - primarily the development of new client approved and/or financial intermediary materials for print and electronic use.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Include, but not Limited to:
  • Write content in support of the various products, including brochures, presentations, sales, ideas, promotional materials, web
  • Work with Product Management, as needed, regarding product and affiliate positioning
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing and Sales organization to develop collateral to support promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure content meets all compliance and legal requirements
  • Ability to project manage through completion including Compliance review, Design and Production coordination, web posting with appropriate internal teams.
Requirements Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of financial services experience
  • Experience in product positioning and investment writing. Understanding of the various financial intermediary audiences helpful.
  • Versed in open-end and closed-end funds, SMAs, as well as general investment and market concepts.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Solid editing and project management experience.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Series 6 or 7 preferred, but not required
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task. Able to adjust to changes in workflow and direction.
  • Collaborative approach to projects.
