Description Manufacturing Engineer Job

Specialty medical company is seeking a top performing Manufacturing Process Engineer! Located in northern New Jersey, this company is offering a great location and an extraordinary opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and improve CAM processes mainly for milling on 5-axis milling machines
  • Develop proof of concept according to Business Unit requirements
  • Conduct and drive development projects to design and improve CAM automation processes for new and existing products
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with development colleagues from other business locations
  • Work closely together with CAM operators within production to gather direct feedback, to address and solve issues immediately

Requirements

  • BS Manufacturing Sciences
  • 5 Years experience in 5-Axis CAM development and process automation (high precision)
  • Profound knowledge about OPEN MIND or DELCAM CAM software
  • Certificates on CNC-Programming
  • Knowledge in Visual Basic programming
  • Proven team player and excellent communication skills a must
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Must be willing to work overtime and perform some travel both domestic and internationally depending on business demands
  • Experience with MS office tools
