Description We are looking for a qualified AP candidate for one of our top clients. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity.

Job Duties:
  • Administer accounts payable for employee expense reports and vendors
  • Audit, code, and process approved invoices, shipping invoices, and employee expense reports for payment and pass through cost.
  • Assist with processing and disbursement of weekly check run for vendor invoice payments
    • Requirements
  • BA in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Peoplesoft or Oracle experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
