Credit Analyst, Senior

Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Credit Analyst. This important role includes but is not limited to ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations; covenant reviews; gathering, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, industry research and independent evaluations of the risk. Responsibilities also include acting as mentor/coach to other less experienced credit analysts within the department.

Top candidates will possess the following:

• 5+ years experience evaluating commercial/business loan requests
  
• Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience preferred
  
• BA/BS degree in related field (i.e. Accounting)
  
• Proven analytical ability compiling financial data and determining loan risk
  
• Ability to identify trends as well as cause and effect
  
• Ability to work with complex corporate structures and various types of entities
  
• Ability to act as a mentor/coach to other less experienced Credit Analysts
  
• Ability to act as a liaison to outside vendors, commercial lenders, and all levels of management
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills
  
• Excellent computer skills using Word, Excel, Access
