Our Call Center located in Frederick, MD is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Reps. We are looking for skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented individuals with a friendly customer service demeanor. As a Call Center Representative, you have to be able to quickly analyze and resolve  problems and have excellent communication skills.

Salary: $11.00 - 13.00/ hour 

Schedules: Full Time second shift work schedules. Required to work on Saturdays OR Sundays. Schedules include 10% Shift Differential.

Paid Training: Classes start January 2010.

These positions are located in the Frederick, MD Chase Card Services site at 5202 Presidents Court.


Requirements
  • Some customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be very willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly and empathetic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments
  • Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment 
  • Basic computing skills, including mouse and keyboard usage, and proficiency in launching applications and maneuvering in a Windows based environment
  • Stable work history
