Invoicing Accounting Analyst (Navistar Defense)

The Invoicing Accounting Analyst is responsible for all aspects of billing and cash application activities.  This position is part of Navistar Defense’s primary governmental customer point of contact regarding invoicing and accounts receivable questions. Responsibilities include invoicing of products and services (within approved credit lines as approved by Export Treasury Dept) to our governmental customers and collection of amounts due Navistar Defense within contracted terms and conditions utilizing PeopleSoft Billing and Accounts Receivable system modules.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Accounting or Bachelors Degree and CPA
• At least 3 years of accounting experience 

 Desired Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts, principles and practices
• Good figure aptitude
• Organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Proven customer service skills
• Experience working with PeopleSoft programs
• Ability to handle high volumes of work accurately and in a timely manner
