Sales Manager in charge of Architectural firms and Engineering Companies

Kelly Services is seeking a Sales Manager in charge of Architectural firms and Engineering Companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience who is looking to join an up and coming comapny in Boston.
80% of the time will be at our office. 20% of the time will be out in sales meetings at prospective clients.
We are looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 5 years, strong sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in selling an advanced administrative IT system
Knowledge about the industry in question
Proven Track Record
Knowledge about internal business processes
Passion for excellence and commitment to success.
Strong determination and self motivated.
Very proficient in MS Office
BA degree or equivalent
Must be flexible with travel
The sales rep will be part of a sales team, including:
Marketing
Telemarketing (outsourced)
Product expert for product demonstrations
Consultants for implementation, training and support
