Collector II

Under the direction of the collections supervisor, you will be responsible for the collection and servicing of all assigned accounts. Our Collections Representatives contact National City customers to advise them of their loan responsibilities, and they use their customer service and problem solving skills to help customers make loan repayment. The ability to handle a large volume of accounts with a great customer service attitude is needed. The ability to multitask while on the phone and computer is a must.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of two years of related experience (Call Center,Collections,Telemarketing, etc.)

Knowledge of Microsoft Word

Pass Collector Assessment

Previous collection experience a plus

Bi-lingual skills a plus
