Description The District Director, Global Mailing Systems is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing sales activities in an assigned District to achieve sustained growth in revenue and contribution to income. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage the Solutions Sales Manager(s), Transactional Sales Manager(s), Technical/Product/Financial Sales Support and direct sales representatives covering the assigned area
  • Develop sales and management capabilities to meet current and strategic requirements
  • Plan and develop selling strategies and tactics with other business departments/units (i.e., Customer Service, PBCC, Supply Line, Alternate Channels, etc.,) to maximize revenue/productivity from market potential
  • Manage the District structure and staffing levels to achieve performance and expense objectives
  • Additionally responsible for achievement of the corporate customer retention objectives
     
    We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership abilities who can effectively manage a fast-paced office environment by incorporating planning, organizing, and time management skills
  • Requirements In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Exhibit strong business ethics
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of successful experience as a PB sales manager
  • Prior experience attending on-going sales conferences both as an account representative and as a manager
  • Demonstrated competence in selecting, training, coaching and motivating both new and experienced sales people and managers
  • Ability to build a high-performance-sales team
  • Strong PC skills and thorough understanding/frequent usage of relevant software products
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Mail Finishing, Mail Creation and Distribution Solutions lines of products
  • This role requires 25% to 35% travel throughout the district
