Description Adecco Group, a world leader in the recruitment of Administrative professionals, has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk for a temporary opportunity with a leading Financial Services Company in Portland, ME.



JOB DESCRIPTION



Candidates will be responsible for reconciliations and clearing rejections. Ensure accurate posting of general ledger entries. Prepare daily and monthly financial reports. Will also be responsible for coordinating wire transfers with wire transfer department to ensure proper posting of wire transfers. Receive and deposits all cash receipts.

Requirements



Must have previous Accounting experience and a good understanding of Accounting principles and practices. All candidates must have an associates degree, or equivalent work experience in Accounting. Proficiency in Lotus or Excel is required.
