To learn more about Mosaic, visit our website at: www.mosaic.com Mosaic, an industry leader and rapidly growing national field marketing company is currently seeking a highly driven, professional, Part-Time Market Training Specialist.  In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, advocacy and ultimately product sales at retail through training of retail sales associates, department managers and store managers on the features and benefits of our client's products and services (PC software product lines).  This activity will include formal classroom training and informal training visits at retail.
 
This position has a structured work schedule and retail store visits must be completed within structured parameters (Tuesday-Saturday).  Additional Sunday work may occasionally be required.
 
The Market Training Specialist will be responsible for working closely with the retail associates and managers at retail, training them on our client's products, promotions and services.  Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is important in achieving the goals of this program.  You will also be responsible for collecting and reporting on in-store training, in-store activities and competitive information.  
 
 
Responsibilities Include:
 
-  Educate and train on our client's products, programs and promotions
-  Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
-  Maintain a thorough understanding of the products of our client and its competitors
-  Support all retail outlets in assigned geographic territory
Requirements Key Characteristics:
 
-  Warm and engaging personality
-  Passion for technology
-  An avid user of the Internet, blogs, twitter and/or has a Facebook page or other social networking account
-  Professional demeanor and image to prove compatible with the brand and Mosaic
-  Ability to explain technology in layman's terms
-  Proven and successful track record in a training environment
-  Independent, self-motivated, and organized, while flexible and adaptable
-  Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and respond to priorities 
 
 
Requirements:
 
-  College Degree preferred
-  2-5 years experience as an effective product trainer, (preferably in the technology Industry)               
-  Superior technology/PC software knowledge
-  Experience in the retail industry
-  Strong presentation skills
-  Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
-  Windows and Office product line knowledge
-  Must be willing to work weekends, if needed
-  Must reside in a centrally-located area within the assigned territory
-  Reliable daily transportation to travel within a structured route
 
 
Technical Requirements:
 
-  24 hour/7 days a week computer access
-  Strong computer skills in the Internet, email and MS Office (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-  Ability to complete online training as required
-  Strong familiarity with video game systems and interest in technical products

 
Auto Insurance Requirements:
 
All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
 
 
Physical Requirements:
 
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; kneel; stoop; read, talk, hear and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
