Compensation: $16 to $17 per hour

A Residential Property Management company needs a fast-paced Administrative Assistant to aid their leasing office. Duties include serving tenants, answering incoming calls, and managing the front office. Other duties include filing, faxing, making copies, and keeping the office organized.

Requirements Past experience in property management and database knowledge are preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a must. The ideal professional will have a minimum of 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant/Office Management experience.
