Description:
QVC's Human Resources Division has an exciting temporary assignment available for a talented individual to become a Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition & Development Department at our Studio Park location.

The successful candidate will facilitate the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for assigned QVC departments. This includes sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates; interacting with hiring managers regarding all openings and qualified candidates; negotiating salaries and extending job offers to internal and external candidates; and providing guidance and direction to assigned hiring managers on recruiting issues to insure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and QVC practice.

Qualifications & Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or related discipline.
 1-3+ years of corporate recruitment experience, owning the relationship with the candidates and hiring team.
 Past experience working with formal applicant tracking systems (e.g. Peopleclick, Taleo, BrassRing) is strongly preferred.
 Proven ability to creatively source candidates via different methods including, but not limited to: internet sourcing/mining, social media, vendor management, networking.
 Significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as internet savvy (including web 2.0).
 Superior customer service and telephone skills.
 Working knowledge of employment laws is preferred.
 Must possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication and computer skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
