In Store Marketer (Part-time)

Description Sears Home Improvement Products and Services, a member of the Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) family of companies, is one of America's largest home improvement companies for siding and windows installation with operations in 45 states. Our products include siding, custom manufactured and installed windows, custom home entry doors, kitchen remodeling, custom cabinet refacing and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).

Sears Home Improvement is actively searching for PART-TIME In-Store Marketing Representatives to promote our Home Improvement Products. All contacts are made in person, directly inside one of our Sears locations. No outside sales or telephone calls. This is a perfect job for those who are motivated and enjoy speaking to customers!

Under the direction of the In-Store Supervisor, a Sears Home Improvement Products Marketing Representative's main purpose in the SEARS retail store is to generate a quality lead from a homeowner that has an interest in our home improvement products. The presentation should be informative and also encourage homeowners to take advantage of a free in-home estimate and the discount offer.

You will receive a base hourly rate plus bonus.

Under the bonus structure you can earn $10-$45 dollars for every appointment you generate. The more appointments you generate, the more you get paid per appointment!

Primary Functions:
� Approach, greet, and speak to customers that enter our Sears retail locations.
� Speak about our products and services. (Kitchens, Doors, Windows, HVAC, etc.)
� Inform them that it is a Free Estimate with No Obligation to purchase.
� Generate Lead Contacts for our design consultants.
� Schedule appointments for a free estimates.
� Maintain a general knowledge of Sears retail store layout in order to direct customers to specific departments.
� Based on skill and ability, the In-Store Marketer may be asked to assist in training new team members.

Qualifications
Skills / Requirements:
�Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection
� Self-starter, have the ability to stay focused on goals, self-disciplined
� Professional & enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude
� Great communication skills and the ability to approach customers
� Prior face-to-face marketing, sales or customer service experience helpful
� Must be committed to maintaining and meeting scheduling requirements established at time of hire or as agreed upon between supervisor and associate
� High school diploma or equivalent preferred
� Individuals must be at least 18 years of age
� Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers
� Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
� Presents a professional image in appearance, words and actions
� Must Have sales Experience
