Description

Evaluate, improve and develop manufacturing process'. Participate in continuous improvement efforts. Perform and analyze time studies. Assist with shop floor layouts. Specific focus in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is of particular interest. Candidates with previous contract manufacturing (contract electronic manufacturing) experience are of particular interest.

Requirements Electronics background. SMT, AOI programming, OEE experience helpful. Lean manufacturing knowledge required. Strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a contract manufacturing / job shop environment required.
