Description Develops plans and objectives with the CFO, Director of Finance and department staff regarding short and long range financial and accounting programs in specific areas such as budgeting, profit and loss analysis, accounting systems, reporting, and internal auditing.
Develops financial statements, including balance sheets, profit/loss statements and analysis of budget variance.
Directs special projects in forecasting, performance to budget and financial analysis..

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - This position requires the following minimum requirements:

At least two years of supervisory experience, ability to mentor and lead a team.
Knowledge of computer accounting systems and applications.

EDUCATION - Bachelor degree in Accounting, 7 years of professional experience in accounting and/or auditing as a supervisor including two years in a health care organization.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE -MBA, MHA and/or CPA preferred.
