This position calls for a contingent Part-time employee located in the D.C. Metro area.
 
Duties and Responsibilities include:
 
Candidate Selection Associate will be assigned to support the growing Employment and Recruitment outsourcing practice: Perform candidate selection and HR related functions for clients. Ensures a standard, reliable, and valid screening and/or interview experience for each applicant, actively listens, offers appropriate probes to ensure candidates remain on task, communicates appropriately, and documents detailed accurate notes on responses and assigns numerical ratings in accordance with program specific guidelines. If applicable, coordinates, organizes, and attends on-site events, serving as representative. Serves as client representative to potential and incumbent candidates. Administers/scores pre-employment tests, while maintaining responsibility for the security of test materials and equipment. Manages large volumes of confidential data with attention to detail. Provides feedback to candidates on applicant screening, testing and assessments.  Facilitates functions of the hiring process including pre-employment screening, scheduling, test administration, interviewing, requisition management, and role-play assessments. Perform telephone screening, structured interviews and pre-employment testing for potential new hires. Conducts complete and accurate evaluations of candidates based on position requirements.
 
These roles are flexible Part-Time. You must be available to work as deemed necessary by the Clients you support.  Position may require 10 – 30% travel regionally and the ability to lift materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work early mornings, and evenings and weekends as needed is desired.
 
Training is typically full time hours for 1-3 weeks.
 
Minimum education required: HS Diploma or Equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
 
Minimum work experience required: 2+ years HR or related experience preferred (e.g.: recruitment, HR Generalist etc.)
 
Must be able to pass a Federal Investigative Background Clearance Check
 
Must be a US Citizen or a US National to work on TSA account.
